Materials:
Half a kg of Kermikless Chicken butts
2 Potatoes
250 g of fresh beans
1 Eggplant
1 Zucchini
1 Carrot
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Half a cup of peas
2-3 tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs fresh thyme / rosemary
Black pepper
Salt
Red pepper flakes
Enough warm water
Preparation:
Chop the chicken meats into large cubed shapes. Chop the onion and tomato for cooking. Chop the zucchini, carrots, eggplant and potatoes into large cubes. Heat the liquid oil in a saucepan. Add the chicken meat and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the potatoes, beans and peas. Add the eggplant and zucchini together and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Finally, add the tomatoes and mix. After the tomatoes have softened, add the warm water and spices to the dish. Cook over low heat until the vegetables and chicken meat are tender. Serve hot.
