    Juicy Meatballs with Potatoes

     

    Materials:

    200 g minced meat
    3 medium-sized potatoes
    1 piece of onion
    2 tbsp infertility bulgur
    2 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 tablespoons of oil
    about 2 tablespoons flour
    2-3 crushed garlic cloves
    Salt
    Black pepper
    chili pepper
    Paprika

    Preparation:
    First of all, let's prepare the meatballs for our dinner. Let's knead it well by adding bulgur, garlic, spices and a little salt to the minced meat. Let's make sure that the dumplings we have little nests in are covered with flour by taking them into the container we sprinkle flour into. Let's chop the onions and fry in liquid oil until the onions turn pink. Let's fry by adding tomato paste.  Let's fry for another 1-2 minutes by adding the potatoes that you have chopped into cubes. Let's add enough hot water to cross 2 fingers over the potatoes. After the food boils, add the meatballs, add salt and seasoning. Let's leave our food to cook over low heat after boiling by controlling the amount of water. (Let's add it if necessary, checking the water from time to time until the food is cooked.)
