    Cubed Pita Bread

    Materials:

    For the dough:

    2 cups flour
    1/2 cup warm water
    1 packet of instant yeast
    1 teaspoon salt

    for the filling:

    1 teaspoon butter
    200 g cubed beef
    2 medium green peppers
    1 large tomato
    1/4 bunch parsley (according to desire)
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    To rub on the edges of the dough: 

    1 egg yolk
    1 tablespoon of zeyntin oil

    For the above:
     
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese 

     

    Preparation:
    After taking the flour that you have blended with salt on the kitchen counter, open the middle part like a towel. After mixing the instant yeast in the middle of the flour with the warm water that you have added little by little, start mixing the yeast with the remaining flour on the edges. Continue kneading the dough you have kneaded until it gets a consistency by pressing it with your palm on the floured kitchen counter and activating the yeast. After covering the dough, leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes. To prepare the cubed interior of the pita bread, cut in half in the middle and chop the pointed peppers, the cores of which you have removed, into a half-moon shape. Peel the tomatoes that you have peeled, chop them into two cubes and drain the excess water. Chop the cubed veal meat into small pieces. Finely chop the parsley. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the cubed veal meat, which you have chopped into small pieces, until it gets a light color. Mix between Deconstructively; add chopped pointed pepper, chopped tomato, chopped parsley and salt in the shape of a half moon. Leave the filling, which you have roasted over medium heat, to cool on one side until the juice is drained.
    After dividing the leavened pita dough into two equal parts, roll out each dough meringue lengthwise with the help of a roller on a floured kitchen worktop.  Spread the cubed filling mortar, which you have divided into two equal parts, into the middle part of the dough pieces that you have opened about 30 cm long. Remove the pita bread with the help of a wide spatula to the baking tray on which you have laid greaseproof paper. Take care to place them as spaced as possible, also considering the swell shares. After mixing the egg yolks and olive oil in a small bowl, apply them on the pita bread with a brush. Bake the pitas sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown. Serve the hot pitas coming out of the oven with the help of a sharp knife after slicing them.
