Materials:
500 grams of lamb meat
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon butter
5-6 fresh potatoes
3 carrots
10-12 shallots
Half a cup of peas
4 garlic cloves
10-12 cherry tomatoes
For The Tomato Sauce:
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon chili paste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt, pepper, red pepper powder, dried oregano
Half a tea cup of liquid oil
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Take the Lava Casting Pot on the January stove, when it heats up well, take the lamb meats into the pot with the oil. Fry the lamb meats all over. Add the chopped potatoes and carrots, garlic, shallots. Fry for a few more minutes. Pour the sauce. When it boils a few stones, turn down the heat well, close the lid of the saucepan. Cook over low heat for 45 minutes. Add the cherry tomatoes and peas, cover the pan and cook for another 15 minutes.
