    Oven Pasta

     

    Materials:
    1 pack of baked pasta

    2 tablespoons of oil

    3 cups grated cheddar cheese

    2 tablespoons butter

    2 tablespoons flour

    2 cups milk 

    Salt

    Black pepper


    Preparation:
    Boil the pasta in a deep saucepan in plenty of water for 8-10 minutes. Strain the boiled pasta through cold water and leave it in a strainer to drain. For the bechamel sauce, put the butter and flour in a saucepan and fry over medium heat until the flour changes color. While adding the milk little by little, mix by whisking with the robot on the one hand. When the sauce has a dark consistency, remove from January. In a large bowl, mix the pasta, bechamel sauce and 2 cups cheddar cheese and place on a baking sheet. Place 1 cup of cheddar cheese grater on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
