Materials:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 tablespoon liquid butter
6 heaping tablespoons of flour ( 1 cup)

Preparation:
For pancakes, first of all, take 1 cup of milk into a large bowl. Add 1 cup of water to it. add 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of salt. Pour the crepe mortar you have prepared into the pan that you have greased and heated on January 1st with the help of a small ladle. Gently shake so that the dough spreads thinly over the pan. Cook the pancakes on medium heat, eye to eye, back to front until they get a color. You can lubricate your pan again between Decanters. Place the cooked pancakes on a serving plate.
