    Potato Roll

    Materials:

    5 pieces of potatoes ( grated)
    3 eggs 
    1.5 cup cheddar cheese 
    1 handful chopped parsley 
    1/2 cup black pepper

    For the Minced Meat Grout: 

    3 tablespoons of oil
    400 g beef minced meat
    1 dried onion
    1 green pepper
    1 cup pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cumin 
    1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
    1 tablespoon tomato paste 
    1/2 cup of water 

    For the above:
     
    1 cup cheddar cheese ( grated)

     

    Preparation:

    Mix the grated chip potatoes nicely in a bowl with the eggs, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread the potato mortar you have prepared on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes until it releases its water and Tues. For the minced meat mortar; fry the minced meat together with liquid oil in a frying pan. Add the onion, green pepper, kapya pepper, salt, pepper, cumin and chili flakes to it and mix. Finally, add the tomato paste and roast, then add the water and boil for a while and remove from January. Remove the potato mortar that you have baked, turn it into a roll and leave it at room temperature. Open the potato paste that has been waiting on the baking sheet again and spread the minced meat sauce on it and make it into a roll. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the rolled potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes until browned. After the initial temperature of the potato roll you removed from the oven has passed, slice and serve hot.
