Materials;
3 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of butter
1.5 cups baldo rice
2.5 cups hot water
enough salt
1 jar of garnish (You can prepare your garnishes at home from seasonal vegetables.)
How to make;
For rice with garnish, let's first add oil to our LAVA Cast Iron pot. Once the oil is hot, add the previously soaked rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then let's continue roasting by adding butter.
Let's add hot water and enough salt to the garnished rice, mix it, close the lid of our LAVA Cast Iron pot and let it cook over low heat.
Let's add the drained garnishes to the drained rice and mix slowly.
Let's turn off the stove and let our rice rest for 15-20 minutes.
Our garnished rice is ready to serve. Enjoy your meal.
