    Şıhıl Mahşi

    Materials:

    1 kg of zucchini
    1 cup liquid oil
    2 pieces of onion (chopped for cooking)
    1 tablespoon tomato paste 
    500 g beef minced meat (medium fat)
    1.5 tsp salt
    1.5 tsp black pepper
    1 teaspoon chili flakes
    1 cup boiled chickpeas
    1 handful chopped parsley

    For the Minty Water with Tomato Paste: 

    1 tablespoon tomato sprigs
    1 cup water
    1 teaspoon dried mint

    For the above:

    1 cup whipped yogurt 
    1 garlic clove ( crushed)

    Preparation:
    Wash the zucchini and shape them on the outside with the help of a fork, and cut the zucchini in half and take them inside. Keep the insides or end parts on one edge to put on later. Fry the zucchini in hot liquid oil until slightly softened. In a separate saucepan, fry the onions with liquid oil until softened. Then add the minced meat and fry until you get the water salap.  Add the tomato paste and fry until the smell comes out. Add salt, pepper and chili flakes, mix and add the boiled chickpeas. Finally, add the chopped parsley and remove from January. Fill the minced meat mortar into the zucchini and put a piece of it on top of the zucchini. Place on a baking sheet. Add tomato paste, mint water to the zucchini and bake in a 190 degree oven for 30 minutes. When serving, serve by drizzling the whipped garlic yogurt and the cooked tomato paste water over the zucchini.
