Materials:
Half a kg of bell pepper
1 Tablespoon rice for each pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Parsley
2-3 tomatoes
Black pepper
Salt
Mint
Liquid Oil - Olive Oil
Preparation:
Let's clean up our bell peppers. Let's chop the onions and tomatoes small. We're going to use the edges of the tomato to cover the peppers, so it's better if we cut out the ones we're going to use to cover first. We can use it inside for cooking. Add the onion, rice, tomato paste, parsley, tomato, pepper, salt, mint and a very little liquid oil to the bowl and mix well. Then let's fill this mortar with peppers. Let's put the peppers that we filled the mortar in the pot. Let's put hot water in the container where we made the mortar. It will now be a decision of the eye, let's add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the water we put in the container so that it comes up to half of the peppers and melt it. Let's pour this mixture into the saucepan so that it does not come on top of the peppers, until it is halfway to the peppers. Let's cover the peppers with the tomatoes we cut. Then, let's drizzle a very little liquid oil and olive oil over the peppers. Let's cook our food over low heat.
