Materials:
125 g margarine at room temperature
Half a cup powdered sugar
3 soup counter wiping semolina
1 egg
about 1.5 - 2 cups flour
1 packet of vanilla
1 teaspoon wiping baking soda
1 cup of hazelnuts
For sherbet:
2 cups sugar
3 cups water
4-5 drops of lemon
Preparation:
Put the oil, powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and mix. Add the egg and mix again. By adding semolina, baking powder, vanilla and flour little by little, we get a dough with the softness of the earlobe. We tear off some large pieces of walnut from the dough and roll them with our hands. We flatten it very slightly and place one whole nut in the middle. We line up on a greased baking sheet. we bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until the golden yellow color appears on it. We add the lemon juice close to the reduction and cook for another 2-3 minutes. We leave the cooked sorbet to warm. We take the cooked sugar flakes out of the oven, leave them for about 2 minutes and drizzle with a ladle over the warm sorbet.
