    Materials;
    2 peeled artichokes
    1 piece of onion
    2 carrots
    1 piece of potato
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 tablespoon butter (for roasting flour)
    about 2 liters of meat broth or regular water

    Its making;
    In the pot where we will make soup, liquid oil and large coarsely chopped onions are taken and fried.
    It is roasted by taking large chopped carrots, potatoes and artichokes respectively.
    Fry the flour and butter in a frying pan and add.
    Then, boiling water is added and boiled until the vegetables are tender.
    After the vegetables have softened, they are passed through a blender.
    If the consistency is dense, a little more water is added and another stone is boiled.
    Before lowering from January; salt, a little red pepper and black pepper are added.
    Ready for service.
